Plumbing Services
We refer to the recent discussions regarding our offer to provide a subscription based plumbing services.
We are pleased to offer you our services in accordance with the terms set out in this document.
Us/We
Suna Holdings (Aust) Pty Ltd trading as One Call Away Group or its agent, nominees or assigns.
You/Your
The Customer.
Inclusions
Meaning the Services being:
a. Unlimited service calls for the servicing of Leaks and/or Blockages;
b. Unlimited jet blasting and CCTV monitoring during servicing for Blockages.
c. Unlimited repair of leaking taps and/or tapware as defined by these terms.
d. Reasonable endeavours to provide a response within 24 hours from Monday to Friday business hours.
e. 3 x 1 hour free of charge investigation or reporting for works required that is deemed to be outside of the Services set out in this document. These includes, but are not limited to:
- (i) Leaking showers;
- (ii) Unknown issues or problems;
- (iii) Dye and pressure test for leaks in bathroom, showers or bathtubs.
f. Reasonable endeavours to schedule Service as soon as reasonably possible during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Leak
Meaning water leaking from tap spouts, tap joints, valves o-ring failure, or water leaking through the head of an isolation valve.
Blockage
Meaning sewerage or stormwater system failing to drain adequately due to:
a. Hair;
b. Fats;
c. Grease; and
d. Tree roots.
Replacement
Meaning rectification to a Leak requiring a replacement of matters defined in Leak of like-for-like equivalence or a full service to renew an internal component of a tap set and breach.
a. Washers
b. O-Rings;
c. Outlet rubbers;
d. Tap lubricants;
e. Silicone;
f. Teflon.
Exclusions
Meaning:
a. Any scope of work outside of the Inclusions;
b. Any materials or prime cost items such as faulty/broken tapware, burst hot water system, broken pipe, collapse pipework, or any other materials or price cost items that require replacing or rectification;
c. Any services or service calls provided outside of the ordinary business hours;
d. Any urgent or emergency service requiring attendance to, but not limited to, burst or cracked pipes or any excavation works of any kind;
e. Any removal of any PC items or any works relating to altering pipeworks in order to gain access for jet blasting or CCTV footage;
f. Any costs for the replacement and installation of any new or replacement PC items/pipeworks;
g. Any work of any kind which requires a repair and/or replacement in which the Services provided herein would not be deemed sufficient by Us. For this work, additional costs are payable by You at a quote which We will provide You.
h. Any more than one (1) dwellings per agreement. For example, if a property is a house and detached granny flat, then this is deemed to be two (2) separate properties requiring two (2) separate Services agreement;
i. Any other additional works outside of the scope of the Services, and Inclusions.
Excluded Replacement
Any other material, component, item or service not included in the Replacement.
The Services
- In this agreement, We agree, and You accept, that We provide You with the Service during the
Service Term for the Payment. - The Service includes the above-defined Leak, Blockage, and Inclusions.
- The Service does not include the Exclusions or any other matter excluded herein.
- This agreement is subject to, and conditional upon Our Terms and Conditions of Trade, a copy of
which is accessible here. - The frequency of the service calls or any other item set out in the Inclusion must be reasonable and
such assessment is determined by Us at our absolute discretion. - In the event of inconsistency between this document and Our Terms and Conditions of Trade, this
document shall prevail.

- You must contact Us using the Contact method above-mentioned.
- You MUST be fair, kind, and courteous when dealing with any member of the OCA organisation. All
members of the OCA organisation MUST be fair, kind, and courteous when dealing with all clients
and members. We are here to work together and move forward in this life. At any time any member
can call in to book an appropriate time to address any issues or disagreements present.

Acceptance
You can accept this agreement by:
a. Signing it and returning a copy to Us; or
b. Paying Our invoice.
Binding Agreement
This document is legally binding upon You signing this document.
Business Hours
Meaning 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Cancellation Window
Not less than 2 months from the Service expiry date
Confidentiality
The agreements and information in this document, and all previous discussions between You and Us, are strictly private and confidential. This document and such discussions may only be disclosed to third parties if We give Our prior approval, the disclosure is to a legal or other professional advisor or the disclosure is required by law.
Contact
After signing up you will get a link to the member booking portal along side your individual member ID number.
You must complete the form in the online member booking portal and You must include Your member ID number, a description of work required to be rectified and photos of the affected leak/blockage or a description of the work required.
Discretionary Termination
We reserve the right, at all times, to terminate this agreement at our absolute discretion by notice in writing to You, effective immediately, whereby:
a. In the event that the Services have been provided pursuant to this agreement equivalent to an amount paid by You, then any amount You paid us is our absolute entitlement to keep; and
b. Any right to renew this agreement is withdrawn.
Moreover:
c. In the event that the Services have not been provided pursuant to this agreement equivalent to an amount paid by You, then We may refund to you any amount We deem fair and reasonable at Our absolute discretion.
Genuine Leaks and Blockages
You agree that our Services are limited to what is deemed by Us as genuine leaks and/or blockages. This is defined at our discretion and we may be assisted by, but not bound by, the industry standards as to what is deemed to be a genuine leak and/or blockage. If the leak and/or blockage is deemed to be frivolous, You will be required to pay Us an additional cost for the service provided.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts expressed in this document are exclusive of any GST.
You must pay Us any GST payable in connection with the document.
Payment Commencement Date
The amount of $800 plus GST payable at the start of each Service term in advance.
Preventative Measures
You confirm and agree that the Services do not include preventative measures. Preventative measures means anything outside of the definition of Leak and Blockage and includes, but is not limited to, all Exclusions. If You require Us to carry out any such works pertaining to our Preventative Measures, we will do so at an additional cost to You.
Renewal term(s)
This Service term is set to automatically renew at the Service expiry date without any notice.
In order to opt out of this Service, You must provide Us with a notice in writing not less than 2 months from the Service expiry date notifying Us of Your intention not to renew the Service.
Service Commencement Date
The date of signing of this document.
Service Expiry Date
At the end of the 12th month of the signing of this document.
Service Term
12 months from the date of signing this document automatically renewing without further notice unless You provide Us a notice in writing requesting the stoppage of this Service.
Services
The services set out in this agreement and accompanies by the document titled Terms and Conditions of Trade a copy of which has or is to be provided to you before the signing of this document.
You must pay for the Services in advance in order to qualify for these Services in this document.
